Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Frances & Star’s Coffee Refuge offers recurring coffee subscriptions on eligible products, including select 12 oz bags, 5 lb bags, and 12pk single cups.

Customers may choose an available delivery frequency at checkout, including every 2 weeks or monthly, when offered.

Subscription orders automatically renew based on the selected delivery frequency until the subscription is canceled, paused, skipped, or changed, where available.

Customers are responsible for keeping their payment method, shipping address, and account information current.

Subscription changes or cancellations should be completed before the next scheduled billing or order processing date. If an order has already processed, it will still be fulfilled and shipped.

Subscription pricing, discounts, shipping rates, taxes, and product availability may be subject to change.
